Perfect Coach for Me

After interviewing a number of coaches I chose to go with Terry and it was definitely the right decision with me. Terry’s experience as an engineering leader in the past has been a critical connection point between he and I. This has allowed him to ask the right questions and pinpoint what I need to focus on. Terry expects engagement and effort from the people he works with, but along the way the nudges and questioning he provides enable me to think about things I would not have otherwise. I could not endorse him enough!
