Great Coach

Terry has been a great coach; he listens in detail and can understand the problem or situation. He is very relatable, understands the position you are coming from, and from there, he can make concrete recommendations. Terry is flexible and helps with many different conversations/recommendations related to business topics issues that I am facing or related more to the human element interactions with executives or my team. He is excellent at getting feedback from others; I was impressed with how he managed 360 feedback and the analysis to inform a clear action plan and great to follow up. Also, Terry has been great at balancing his approach as a coach, having an exact blueprint, but letting me manage the agenda, and where I want to go with the conversation. He also complements his advice with great articles and books that help me go more in-depth on his recommendations.
