“I worked with Terry Kahler from 2001 to 2004 while he was leading Dell BCC (Brazilian Customer Center). As Dell Brazil GM, Terry’s big challenge was to coordinate and align efforts from several areas such as, but not limited to, Sales, IT, Operations, HR and Services in order to allow Brazilian customers to fully experience the capabilities of Dell’s Direct Model. Terry was the right person in the right time for Dell Brazil. His comprehensive knowledge on Dell business model and an inclusive Leadership style combined to intense drive for results approach shaped the entire organization and the future generations of Dell Brazil employees and leaders.
