I recently came across an Executive Presence article citing data from a survey commissioned by Sally Williamson & Associates. The survey results support my beliefs about the importance of executive presence. They found that 89 percent of high-level executives believe that developing executive presence helps people get ahead, and 78 percent say a lack of presence will hold people back.
In this podcast I will discuss my definition of executive presence and I will detail the six behaviors that can make an immediate positive impact on your brand! I will answer a few questions on the topic.
