Some leaders struggle to describe what inspirational leadership is all about. Some leaders say that they know it when they see it. They come asking for a roadmap, a book, a method, some kind of guide. My sense is that many of you are probably thinking the same thing, \u201cwhat is inspirational leadership?\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this podcast, I outline seven attributes you can adopt to develop your inspirational leadership skills.
