Grounded in decades of research and used globally by organizations of all sizes, the HLFS provides a practical, science\u2011based view of leadership performance and potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Certified Hogan Practitioner, I am trained to ethically administer, interpret, and translate these data into clear, actionable insights that support real-world leadership development, selection, and succession decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-the-leadership-forecast-series-includes\">What the Leadership Forecast Series Includes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The HLFS consists of three complementary reports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) \u2013 Day\u2011to\u2011day leadership style and strengths<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hogan Development Survey (HDS) \u2013 Leadership risks and derailers under stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) \u2013 Core drivers, values, and culture fit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together, these assessments provide a 360\u00b0 view of how leaders are likely to show up over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-benefits-of-the-hogan-leadership-forecast-series\">Key Benefits of the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Predicts leadership effectiveness and long-term performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifies hidden risks that can undermine success under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports targeted development based on real behavioral data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improves selection and promotion decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aligns leaders with roles, teams, and organizational culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hogan assessments don\u2019t label people\u2014they reveal patterns. The real value comes from expert interpretation and application, which is where my work as a certified practitioner comes in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-potential-report-hpi\">Potential Report (HPI)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) describes how individuals typically behave at work when they are operating at their best. It focuses on visible strengths, leadership style, and interpersonal effectiveness, providing insight into how others are likely to experience a leader on a day\u2011to\u2011day basis. The HPI helps predict job performance, leadership potential, and how reliably someone will approach work, relationships, and challenges. These \u201cderailers\u201d are often overused strengths that, in the wrong context, can damage relationships, decision\u2011making, and team performance. The HDS helps leaders recognize risk patterns early and develop strategies to stay effective when the stakes are highest.. It provides insight into what energizes individuals, the types of environments where they are most engaged, and how well they align with organizational values. The MVPI is especially useful for understanding culture fit, engagement, and long\u2011term leadership satisfaction. Values determine your aspirations and symbolize what you strive for and hope to attain. Your values define what you desire in your work and life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fit<\/strong>.: Your values determine how well you will fit with any organizational culture. Organizational cultures typically reflect the values of senior management. People are happy and productive in cultures that are consistent with their values, and they are distressed and unhappy working in cultures defined by values that differ from their own.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership<\/strong> Style and Culture: Your values reflect what you find rewarding and pay attention to or what you dislike and avoid. Thus, your values define the behavior that you like and reward and the behavior that you ignore or dislike. Consequently, your values shape the kind of culture that you, as a leader, will create for your staff and subordinates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unconscious<\/strong> <strong>Biases<\/strong>: Values influence the decisions you make\u2014about people, projects, plans, and strategy. Values filter perceptions of experience, especially about what is desirable or undesirable, good or bad.
